Cancellation Policy

101X LTD – Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy At 101X LTD, we are committed to providing reliable and professional maintenance services. By booking a service, you agree to the following terms: Payments All bookings are charged per scheduled service session. Payment covers one service session only and cannot be reused or repeated at a later date. If additional time is required to complete the work, this will be charged at £35 per hour, subject to agreement with the client. Alternatively, a new service session can be booked and scheduled for another date. Cancellations & Refunds £35 of the total booking amount is non-refundable if the service is cancelled after confirmation. £35 of the total booking amount is non-refundable if our technician has already started travelling to the client's address. Any refund due, where applicable, will exclude the non-refundable £35 booking and dispatch fee. Additional Information We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances. Any additional work requested outside the original booking may require extra time, charges, or a new appointment. 101X LTD – Maintenance of Your Home.
